About these terms

These terms cover your use of the SmartOutdoors.ai website, which is run by Matthew G Poole, trading as SmartOutdoors.ai, 32 Colemans Moor Road, Woodley, Berkshire, RG5 4DN. Nothing is sold on this site. Micro-apps hosted on this site are always free to use and are covered by these terms. Our separate apps, which have their own sites, have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

Using the site

You are welcome to read the site and share links to it. Please do not try to break it, overload it, get into parts of it that are not public, or use it for anything unlawful.

Information on the site

The site is general information about us and our apps. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it always is, and it is not advice. We are not responsible for loss caused by relying on it. This does not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Links to other sites

We link to our apps and to our social media pages. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Our content and names

The text, design, images and logos on this site are ours or are used with permission. SmartOutdoors.ai, Who's on the Tee? and Is It Good To Go? are names we use for our products. Please do not copy our content, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you, without asking first. Other names and logos on the site belong to their owners.

Changes and questions

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts, and you keep the protection of your local law.
